RecommendedWe love taking the classes for seniors. The instructors are great, and yes. it's definitely a good workout. No easy stuff for us very active older folks.

My best friend is the instructor for Zumba, she is a great instructor. My best friend goes there to work out. He has been going for years. Gives him the best equipment I Be as strong as he was before he got into a motorcycle accident.. they are warm and fuzzy people ! Amazing other instructors. People are friendly and it’s just nice place to be —
It has all the equipment for all types of training. Comprehensive !
I love this place. Come back every two years and one of he first things I get is the week pass. Friendly staff and everything you need to work out. It’s a staple of my vacations
