They have all types of machines, free weights, cardio machines and classes. They have a great staff!!

The workout equipment at Pacific Island Fitness has met my expectations. It is huge! You have to see it for yourself. The atmosphere from the cardio room to the free weights is always pumping with great people and positive support. This is Vic owner of Transmission Technology and I highly recommend this facility. PIF ROCKS!!
