I have been going to Dr. Rudometkin for about 7 years now. He’s amazing, and for the most part the experience has been great. You need to realize that you will be there at least an hour, if not three. If an emergency arises, they just attend to that (if you were the emergency patient, you would expect this, right?). However, the office staff has always been an issue for me. I find them rude and quite unprofessional. They gossip in earshot of patients and tend to be snippy if you ask questions. Good Doctors, but the appointment people is the worst in the business. They NEVER return my calls to schedule appointments, last time I called mora than 10 times, never returned the calls. Too bad for an institution with such good doctors.
