Lisa's communication is horrendous and when she does actually get back to you, her responses are incredibly vague.

Working with Lisa Pace of Pace Realty Group Property Management has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Communication is virtually nonexistent — we've waited over two months for basic maintenance issues to be addressed. We've wasted multiple Saturdays waiting for repair technicians who were scheduled but never showed up, with no follow-up or explanation. I would not use them again. They forged documents and had me sign a contract and wrote in the commission after the fact. Super illegal. I should have sued John.

Pace Realty Group's Property Management Review: I regret to say that my experience renting has been disappointing due to the lack of responsiveness from the landlord/management.
