Great place for computer needs. Great Service and Products. Will return!!!
This place is a joke. I took a part in for repair. They apparently sent it off somewhere & wanted me to pay an additional $2,000 to repair it. I said no, & told them I wanted the part back. They lost the part that I took in to have repaired, & then when I asked for a refund, they told me that they could not do that. Do not trust them.

My sincerest apologies for this experience. The timing of this review baffles me though since this is in regard to work requested more than 9 months prior to the review. Nonetheless, regardless of the timing, we always strive to make customers very happy with our work. After reviewing this experience in detail, I believe we could have done a better job in more clearly communicating and preparing the client to set more realistic expectations. PC Quest is absolutely incredible! I have been in several times and have always received excellent service. The staff always does an exemplary job of locating the issue and finding the most cost-effective solution. I am always impressed with how knowledgeable and thorough the staff is with each and every customer. PC Quest is my go-to place for all of my electronic needs!
