My experience has been great at Oxmoor Toyota. I always feel they have the customers best interest in mind. Joseph recently helped me. He was very helpful and friendly! The owner and financial Dept was also nice and a big help.
My husband and I drove over 3 hours one way for our purchase. We are avid Toyota owners and have purchased from two other Toyota dealerships in TN. Hands down, this was our best experience. The vehicle was ready when we arrived and everyone was very accommodating. No pressure! We would make the drive again. Highly recommended.
The day I bought the car I got there at 1:15. We did about 20 minutes of paperwork. I then sat there until 4:00 with the salesman checking in on me every once in awhile. When the finance manager (?) finally came in, about 10 minutes more of paperwork then took control of car. While I was waiting in the lobby any number of people came through without masks, even sitting at an adjacent table.
