Had a great experience purchasing a used car. Other area dealers are much less pleasing.
Excellent experience! I drove from Lexington to Louisville to get the new car for my wife - absolutely worth the drive! The sales person, William, is extremely easy to talk to; the insurance person, Fred, what a story of his path! My next car will most probably from Oxmoor Toyota too!
Had to get airbag replaced. said about a hour. I was there from 1030 to 130 for a 11 am appt. also said I got a 27 point inspection, LOL I know I have a parking lt out and nothing was said. I feel I was worked on I between all the newer cars n nothing was done until I got mad. oh also was told it would "hopefully" been done by 3 or 330. one hour would have been from 11 to 12. this is 2nd time this place has pulled one on me....
