I had an excellent experience here last week buying a new 2020 Corolla . Everyone wore masks and we were able to be outside while signing papers . The salesman Kyle was very professional and he and the manager went out of their way to get me the car that I wanted !

spend approx 4.5 hours there. Everything was standard dealer practice until the finance part. I had told them I was pre approved and going to the bank for the loan, and of course here comes there " let us try to beat that" . I was told I would have to wait another hour anyway for the finance guy so I was "ok why not". 1.5 hours later the guy comes with loan paper work and starts going over rate's and loan details.
