Had a great experience. They offered me a good price for my trade in, better than other places. Barry was wonderful, working hard to find the right car for me. We bought a ‘10 Cobalt LT with 89k miles 3 weeks ago. It’s not driven much because it was bought for my son as his first car, so there probably aren’t even 100 miles on it since purchase. He’ll be passing his drivers test soon. We’re driving it and smell gas. We discover there’s a gas line leaking. I call them up and I speak with the sales manager about it. “If you didn’t buy the warranty, there’s nothing we can do to help you. Sorry. Car searching isn't always the most enjoyable thing. We have gotten 3 vehicles in the past 5 years and this dealership has always been organized, professional and helpful in getting us within the range that we needed. In this last car search we had tried another dealership and it was a terrible experience all around. Toyota pulled through and made the stressful experience a much better one and we got a great car-- quick and seamless

Online service was outstanding. Superb marketing. In person process was less than stellar. My sales person told me he was giving me a warranty for free when I was purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle that came with it. Also tried to sneak in a $399 “warranty” that came with the car. Finance department tried the typical tactics to sell more warranties and insurance. Overall, I got I a good vehicle at a decent price in today's market.
