Wouldn't buy my mazda anywhere else! Mike was AWESOME! Everyone that I encountered was great! I couldn't have asked for anyone more knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! He explained all of the features of my beautiful 2016 Mazda 6 and really made the car buying experience simple and painless! He even stayed late and drove it off of the showroom floor for me :)

AMAZING, WONDERFUL, EVERY GREAT ADJECTIVE THERE IS! When I came into Oxmoor Mazda my original intention was just to get my used car appraised and trade it in for something that was also used. Keep in mind that I am a 21 year old full-time student who also works full-time in a pharmacy. My credit score is horrendous and I don't make that much money. Dishonest dealer Horrible experience buying a used car from this dealer. Things to consider if you buy from them. 1. If the car smells make sure it is cleaned and you pick it up the day after. Reggie kept insisting that the car had to be taken that day and I only realized why the next day when the same nasty smell could be found in the car. The detailer at another place which uses ozone told me that Oxmoor uses chemicals to mask the smell which is dishonest. Total incompetent service department Wife was told an 02 sensor on her Mazda CX-7 was covered under warranty, she left work early to get it fixed, only to be told when she got there it wasn't covered. This prompted us to immediately take our cx7 to Swope dodge and trade it for 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan , which we love! Will NEVER buy another Mazda for the simple reason that the service department is totally inept!

Good deal on a low-mileage Mazda3 Lawrence Blair was personable and helpful. I got a pretty amazing price for the car I bought. We did multiple test drives and he didn't push us. There was, of course, the obligatory bringing in of the manager during negotiations, but that's pretty much the business model for any dealership.

Leased a 2015 Mazda CX-5 I had visited a few local dealers before I decided to buy with Oxmoor Mazda. My salesman was Harold Frost, he worked hard on helping me find the perfect vehicle and even harder working with the managers and the bank to get me approved. I would recommend him and this dealership to any family, friend or coworker that is in the market. If you are looking for a great deal, go to oxmoor and be sure to ask for frosty!

They make it happen Josh (my sales person), Michael Ross (account manager), Jessica (internet) and everyone else that I encountered were friendly, helpful, and caring. My children and I were at the dealership for a length time. My 6-year old is very hyper. Several of the people that worked there helped kept him occupied, without complaining. I was able to leave the dealership with a nice car that fits my families needs. Thank you Josh and the rest of the team. My apologies for not remembering all the names.
