Hidden Fees No Return calls Was charged $598.90 for a "Special benefit Package". Something that we did not agree to buy. Bought car 11/28/14. Tags expire 1/31/15. Have called every day for a week now to inquire about new registration and tags. Have not received any call back. Could have went to DMV and done it myself. Tags are Jefferson County. Sales person was great. First payment made already. Now I guess since they have their money no need to return calls.

Amazing car buying experience! I bought my Mazda3 from Mike Jones and it was a stress-free easy experience. Mike explained the whole process of the car deal to me and showed me everything on the car from the wheels to the radio. Mike even went and got me lunch while I was waiting!
Excellent experience with Herb and Kayla My sales employee was Herb Webster and he was great because of him I did not feel the need to go any where else to buy a car and due to the cold call from Kayla I would not had gone in to the Mazda dealership she was very pleasant on the phone and was not pushy. Made It Happen I came into Oxmoor Mazda looking to trade my Jeep in that day, as I needed a new car desperately. Harold was the first person who greeted me, and immediately made it his priority to help me find the perfect vehicle for me. A Torn Man So I walked into the local Mazda dealership a torn man. My sweet Lady, Peggy(1994 Toyota corolla), had recently passed due to a tough stroll down the driveway. Yea she was a trooper.
