One very satisfied customer I was completely satisfied with my Oxmoor Mazda experience on April 21, 2015. Tom Tichenor was an exceptional car salesman. He was very polite and not pushy at all. I was considering trading my Madza 6, 2008 model, but was not even considering getting a new car that day. Very Poor Sales Reps The Service Dept can't be faulted, but the Sales Dept leave a lot to be desired. On our latest visit to the Sales Dept the sales rep tried to tell us that they don't make the Mazda 2 any more; that the Mazda 3 had taken its place! Ignoring this helpful advice we pushed on in search of someone who could find us a Mazda 2 to test drive.
