My new Jeep Compass My sales person, Josh Bredhold was nice and easy going. He was not your typical pushy sales guy. I told him what I could afford and what I wanted. He educated me on the benefits of getting a vehicle with a warranty but still let me make my own voice. I asked him straight out what the bank requires in order for me to get approved at the monthly payment that I wanted . Love the CX5! I was hoping for a quick transaction, as I knew exactly what I wanted, had great credit, but it still took nearly 4 hours. I even tried to be prepared to expedite the process to no avail.... I got a list of the 2 "available" cars from the Internet Sales person that morning, before I made the drive to Louisville. Working with the new sales department I went into the dealership with the deal I wanted already worked up. I went to Edmunds.com and found the trade-in value of my SUV a 2016 Ford Escape and calculated the payment based on interest, trade-in value, and money down. My sales rep Tom worked with me and understood how I had come to the numbers I wanted. Overall it was a very pleasant easy experience. I would definitely do business there again.

Overall a Great Experience! Tyler was a great help! He made the experience comfortable and seemed knowledgeable and confident.
