Love Mazda I have always liked Mazda products from the time I owed a Mazda B2000 sundowner. However, in today's pushy and "upscale" culture I was not looking forward to purchasing a new car. Me. Great experience - Touring CX5 Everyone at Oxmoor Mazda did a great job when we went in looking at new cars. We had Nick help us out and he was very good at explaining everything and helped us make a great decision on which vehicle model we chose. New CX-9 Good inventory so I could find the right car. Kyle May was friendly, knowledgable and patient. He helped me to make a good decision for me....not what I expected....not what is typical. Better overall experience than last 3 or 4 buys at other local dealerships.

Had the car 4 weeks I got a car 8/31 and they called and told me the bank changed their mind after having the car 3 weeks and told me I had to get my old car back and since they didn't pay it off I ended up being 2 months behind they were supposed to pay September I had to pay September and now it's October 4 and I guess I have to magically come up with my payment since they didn't come through on their end of the bargain most unprofessional customer service ever I'll never come there or recommend anyone
