I received a call from my stepdaughter, a single mom with four little people, Friday morning when her 2003 Mazda MPV decided to lay down on the Watterson while on her way to work. Kyle was great! I had leased a vehicle here before but this was the best experience I've had yet. Kyle greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped through the entire process. He made it a seamless process and had me laughing the entire time. It was professional and very friendly. How a bad situation turned into a great one I took my car into the service department due to a noise which we thought was the power steering going out on my Mazda cx7. After 2hrs of diagnostic testing, I received the worst case scenario call. Long story short, my engine was shot. They were surprised I was still able to drive it. Great customer service I had spent a couple of days looking for a new SUV and didn't want to feel pressured into buying something.
