Not your average car sales I have worked with Oxmoor Mazda several times for myself and family members. The sales people are not pushy and are friendly. I have worked with Kyle May and Mike Ross each time and they have gone above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and leave happy. They care about the customer and try to get you the best deal they can no matter what your circumstances may be.

Car Buying Experience- Awesome When shopping for a car, I attempted to be well versed in exactly the car I wanted. I went to several cat lots, however Oxmoor Mazda was the best and were I decided to ultimately buy. They found exactly what I was looking for and gave me honest feedback and suggestions, which you want when making a large car purchase. 7 months later and still yet to receive a refund I was supposed to be mailed a refund for a cancelled service warranty on the car I bought in October 2016. It is now 7 months later and I am yet to receive the refund. I made contact multiple times to Mario regarding the issue and was told it was handled. It was only when asked for proof in February 2017 that he replied a week later stating the check was actually never sent to the bank. Once he finally cut the check he sent it to the wrong location. Service / Starter Relay My car (2015, CX-5) wouldn't start, so when I took it to Mazda without having an appointment I was pleased to be able to get in and out rather quickly. The Assistant Service Manager (John Bishop) is professional and he kept me in the loop as to what the problem was.

5000 mile service The service was quick (less than half an hour) and the staff is friendly. They explained what needed to be done and informed me what had been done after the service.
