The waiting room at Oxendale could use a major upgrade. From the stale coffee to the decade old magazines. There were no brochures or pamphlets on any of the cars that they sell. The wait for a scheduled oil change was over an hour. But the price was right.
Took my Liberty in for a recall and service. In and out without a hitch. Communicated needs well and Barbara excelled at customer service.
Well this was the best buying experience I ha e e er had. It was so streamlined. I was rushed i to pi king a car encouraged me to test drive others. When I was in the fence about which one I wanted our salesman told me that one had really good rebate while the other had none. That's why we will keep getting our vehicles from Brian. I was very impressed with the service that I received! Got the perfect car for me at a great price. Ron not only took great care of me, but also stayed late so I could pick up the car that evening. Then called me 5 days later to ask how I liked the vehicle. Great service all the way around!
