Recommendedservice department was better this time around. I can't remember service tech's name but he was a lot more personable than last time I was there. still lengthy visit due to recall but overall good visit

I worked with Tyler and he was very helpful. I did not want to deal with a lot of car hassle, so I told him what I wanted and he was very responsive. He also went above and beyond with getting me the model I wanted with a sunroof, even though he had to go out of state.
We walked onto the lot with little to no expectations and we were blown away. John introduced himself and answered all of our questions. He showed us options in different price ranges and did not apply any pressure on what we should buy. He was straightforward, read the room, and understood that what I wanted might not be the best option for budget and upcoming expenses. The staff at Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Avondale are very helpful and understanding they always try to help the customer in many ways. The service department is the same they try to get you in and out. I give this company a good review. This company helped me when I was down and then helped me to purchase another vehicle.
Worst device ever I have bought a $60,000 car got the warranty on everything had the car for a week and had a link breakage. The parts person helped my fiancé sailing they missed the check on that when they installed new tires. We paid for tint they said they won’t honor it and did a crappy strip tint on the front windshield. The service dept needs some work. Don’t expect to actually get your car worked on at the appointment, you’ll need to bring it back after they order parts. Or they won’t look at what you brought it in for in the first place and need to make another appointment. Sadly this is where you have to go for warranty work.
