Took my car in for a safety recall on my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk for a faulty PTU and software update. I found out after the update that they were not covering the cost of the defective part that’s already caused moving accidents. It’ll cost me $2,800 to replace a recalled part. Still can’t get my head wrapped around that.
Friendly people but hidden fees and no upfront prices. I will never buy from oxendale. Also witnessed o'Reilly auto dropping off parts...? I would think a dealership would only use factory replacement parts. Buyer beware! I'm very disappointed!

I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with our dealership. While I am not sure if you were referencing sales or service, the comment about O'Reilley leads us to suspect it was Service. We do work on all makes and models for Used Vehicles and in difficult circumstances, we offer our customers alternatives to Parts Pricing from a number of resources. Our Service Manager would be more than happy to go over those concerns with you.
In for routine service on 3/4 ton Ram 4X4, with diesel. Took it in on time and done in reasonable amount of time. Good job no problems.

been using them for my 2015 Rubicon...today was for a dead battery, which was under full warranty for another 3 days...they had to go through some 'have to's' for the warranty but they did. As usual their staff is very friendly, just about every one asks or explains what is happening, got the new battery and came home---next time I'll bring wine...thank you

After almost 4 hours waiting for my van to get repaired I decided to take a walk around the parking lot and there it was. No one told me it was finished !! No one seemed to know how long it was sitting there. Then the next day they called me and said they undercharged me $50 and wanted their money. The professional thing to do would have been to forgo the $50 or at least split it with me for making me wait, after all it was only 14% of the total. But no, they wanted their money and wanted all of it! Very disappointing.
Quick service. Personable reps. Finished sooner than we expected. Actually seemed to read my mind to get things done faster. Cost less than I anticipated...
