Kent is an incredibly disrespectful individual. He lacks empathy and is quick to lose his sense of professionalism when in a difficult situation. Kent released my vehicle to me after a repair and after only 10 minutes of driving I found my jeep over heating. When I come back to Kent to complain, he is quick to blame me for never having mentioned any issues with the vehicle over heating. I am terribly disappointed in how this man treated me as a customer.
