I was having a situation where my Dodge ram 2500 turbo diesel was going to leave me sitting on the side of the road because of an exhaust system problem to complicate matters there was a storm moving through at the same time when the tow truck driver was taking me to Firkins . I found two of the exact Ram truck that I wanted on the internet . One in Alvin, the other at Autonation in Spring. Alvin was unfriendly, so I drove to Spring. My sales associate, Mr Dixie, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They had a great price on the truck and I drove it home the same evening. The most pleasant car buying experience of my life. Great guys!
they don't do what they say and they try to talk you into everything making you think like they're extended warranty was mandatory and come to find out it wasn't they were just trying to line their pockets with my money that's hard-earned and they don't know what return a phone call means because they don't care. they sit like vultures circling waiting for somebody to pull in the parking lot so they can scam them. my car went in to have struts replaced and they ended up repla… See more

I have been going to Leith for warranty work for my 2021 Wrangler 4xe. On multiple occasions I have been told they they will not do certain warranty work because Jeep doesn’t pay them enough for it. I have also been told that they will not diagnose certain issues. Lastly, I have been told that the warranty does not cover certain things or that the warranty exempts certain things, which is false by the black letter of the warranty.
