Denied claim for an oil pan gasket do not deal with this company they are a total fraud and should be shut down.

They also gave me false or misleading information to the denial of my claim stating that my bolts were tightened to specs of 88 in/lbs as stated by the dealer that I took the vehicle to which was false information because the company Ox asked for the torque specs and stated to me that the main reason my claim was denied was because of my bolts were to tight and should have been between 18-44 inch pounds .... save yourself some money don’t deal with them
I do not understand why there are bad reviews for this company on here. I usually do not leave reviews but after reading a few on here I wanted to share my experience. A lot of people will only write negative reviews when something doesn't go their way and or not tell the entire story like I am seeing here. I'm so thankful for my extended auto warranty with Ox Car Care. They replaced the engine in my 2008 F-150, which allowed me to be back on the road. Ox Car Care saved me $2,571 out of pocket!

I purchased an extended warranty with Ox Car Care in 2018. My Chevy ended up needing some work done a year into my warranty. The mechanic called for verification and had no issues at all, not once but twice. Each time was followed through with excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend Ox Car Care for anyone!!

I just bought a Toyota Camry, which was almost out of warranty and if anything happened to the car, I needed coverage. One of my friends referred me to Ox Car Care, so I knew they were a great service. The purchasing process was transparent and easy. The customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable. Any question I had, they answered. The payment plan was affordable. Overall, everything was perfect.

This company is a total scam. Do NOT purchase a policy from them. $3000 dollars out of pocket and no coverage. Plus they lied multiple times about calls that we had with their claims center about our claims and their decision. Multiple things were wrong with our car, completely legitimate issues that caused it to stall out completely 3 times.
