I had an oil leak on my Toyota Tundra that I took to the dealer for an estimate and it was going to cost me $5,000.00 but since I had the Platinum warranty it only cost me $200.00. I am very happy with my Platinum warranty plan that gave me 4,000 dollars in savings.

I purchased an extended warranty with Ox Car Care in 2017. My SUV ended up needing some work done a year into my warranty. The mechanic called for verification and had no issues at all, not once but twice. Each time was followed through with excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend Ox Car Care for anyone!!

I have been receiving daily phone calls from this company's number without them ever leaving messages. I've told them several times to stop. I blocked their number ages ago and I STILL receive daily calls that I see through my spam filter. I live nowhere even close to California so have no business to give. Seems like they got my information somehow and now they don't leave me alone, no matter what I do or how many times I block or tell them to stop. It is harassment.

Saw an advertisement for them on TV and decided to call in to get my 17' Camry some protection, because mechanic rates have gone up over the years. Cars now a days have too many sensors and computers so I just rather get an extended warranty so they can take care of it. Once I called I got quickly connected and they said my vehicle qualified for their diamond coverage. Well since I got it I have not had to make a claim thankfully, but their plan does come with free oil changes which saved me about 180 dollars already!

We recently purchased a vehicle and wanted to extend the warranty. After going through the choices, we called them to inquire about a couple of their plans. I was transferred to Laura. Laura was very professional and took the time to explain the benefits of the different options. My husband and I found Laura to be very helpful. Ultimately, we decided to go with the Platinum warranty, so far so good!

Great service. I have been a customer for 2yrs and never used the policy before besides road side assistant. Prompt, resolved all issues as far as road side assistant is concerned. Patiently provided step by step instructions on how to use my roadside. Got me out of some sticky situations.

I got a 09' Silverado, with like 80'000 miles on it. Decided with OX as I was able to get a great deal for a monthly payment of like mid 100's per month. Customer service is spot on. Last month was the moment of truth for me and I put in a claim for a transmission issue. They paid out and I had it fixed at my local mechanic. Only taking off a star cause i felt lke they took too long to approve my claim, but at the end they paid out.

I am really happy with the help I got from Nolan C. He is very kind, courteous and so helpful. That is something that this 78 year old woman finds lacking in our society today. I needed help to get a refund for the maintenance invoice from my dealership this morning and when I contacted Ox Car Care Nolan owned my problem and ran with it. He even sent me an email with the tracking number for my refund. It is great people like Nolan who make companies great! Thank you
