After accepting this warranty coverage I called them to cancel on March 1st and again on March 2nd and they assured me that they had canceled but today March 7th they are drafting $149 dollars from my bank account! And they will not answer my calls.

Thank you Val from customer service!!! I had recently went through a rough patch in regards to my income situation and was not sure if I could afford the coverage for the month. This was a dilemna considering that I need my car for work and it breaking down would be the absolute worst thing to happen to me. I called Ox and they actually managed to defer my payment till next month!!!! thank you again Val! In the mean time I have been using their free matinence coverage that comes with the plan

Ox Car Care is a rip off! I called to discuss the service and the agent and I agreed to set up the plan and start it the following month. He asked for my credit card and I made sure to tell him three times that the card lacked the funds for a transaction to occur before the 1st of the month. There agent charged my card anyway during our call and caused my debit card to be over drawn for insuficient funds. I incurred over draft fees and when asked that they cancel my policy they did not, would not and to date over 45 days lat... read more

My experience with my first claim with OX Car Care was good, except for a few hoops I had to jump through. The dealer repairing my car called & said OX needed receipts for my last 2 oil changes. I sent them that. About 20 minutes later they called again & said they wanted my receipt for the last coolant ********* sent them that. They later approved my claim. I was lucky to still have those receipts. Had I not had them, the technician said my claim would not have been approved.

I have (soon to be HAD) a extended warranty policy. I submitted a request for oil change reimbursement with no response back. I called today to get an update the rep stated it was just sitting on the person who asked me to email to him desk. I then requested to cancel my policy and was told since I'm cancelling I would not be reimbursed for the oil change. Mind you my policy is current. I think that they sre good as at decrpyion and misleading information as well as just pure ou it t right living. They should have therf liceding rebolked, i Wii do what ever I can to do just that jn nc. I have ox car care I took my car to the shop to be repaired they said the price was to high to fix my car so I had to do a lot of checking around & calling them to get my car fixed it took a whole week to get my car fixed my deductible is $100.00 dollar's I ended up paying $196.00 deductible stay away from this company
