Don't use this company they will sale you Coverage and will not cover a vehicle as they claim to
They did a great job in getting the repairs done and the replacement of my radiator for my car approved and covered at the dealership repair shop
They are the worse company do not get a warranty from them they lie and sale false advertisement I paid ***** and for nothing trash
Called in on a ad on the tele. Did not end up getting any coverage, but the sales rep was very helpful in explaining the coverage and what it did and did not cover. Let me set up a time to be called back in order to further discuss the coverage.
I have saved almost $1,500 thanks to the OX Car Care extended warranty. As long as you get your regular maintenance and keep copies of your oil change receipts, you should have no issues. Just savings!
Scam!!!! I called to have my car towed to the dealership they took all the information and told me they would call me back, they never did so when I called them back they tried to charge me so I had to get it there another way after the shop called them they said they that they pay for everything expect for what I had to get done (what a coincidence) so now my car is in the shop and I'm out of money for towing and getting it fixed which was $640 so I called and cancelled the policy and was told by the representative that it ... read more

As for your claim, the items that your repair facility reported broken were not listed for coverage on the contract. First of all I cant say enough about the service that I received from Ox Car Care. Cant remember who actually handed my claim on my 2009 ******* Town Car, but it really doesnt because your warranty company in the most professional and timely manner so I couldnt be any more satisfied. Lets put it this way before I got your warranty I had the one thats got all of the movie stars and sports personnel as pitch people.
