***** has been the best help to me very communicative and helpful on even his off days he also has make some things happen that I didnt think I was going to be able to get done he a awesome person and highly recommend to ask for when in need of help dealing with this company some people might not care but ***** does just ask for him and you will see The genuine heart he has for paying customer

The customer service agent was not a listener. I called to only inquire about information about how the service works. The agent was insistant that I get my get card to purchase the service several times after I indicated several times that I was a teacher and in class and couldn't leave to go outside to my vehicle and that I would call back when I was available to further discuss the information he was very disrespectful and unprofessional so I hung up the phone. Claimed tire hazard reimbursement. Easy and fast approval. Follow the contract to get thread level and email it along with invoice. They approve same day and check was sent out the next day.

So, I am having most of the same issues as the mojority of the people with negative reviews of OX Car Care, ***** Rude, rude, rude customer service representatives, ******. ******, *****. When I asked ****** about my refund, he put me on hold and came back and stated it was "pending." When I asked what that meant, he replied, "I don't know, I'm not the bank!" Very impressed with your service. Being an automotive repair facility we work with several extended warranty companies. Normally there are tons of hoops we need to jump through to get payment. Your team made the process supper easy. We need more extended warranty companies to be like you.

They NEVER DID ANYTHING and **** LIED TO me *** TO THE mechanic **** HAD IT TOwed to the wrong location lied several time to the mechanic and canceled my payments and they get mad when you tell them your money isn't free.long story short a few payments made and my car is in worst condition then when they took it."

I'm very happy with my decision to purchase an extended auto warranty from Ox Car Care! I was hesitant at first because I had heard so many horror stories about these warranties, but I'm glad I went with Ox Car Care. I only had to pay a small deductible for my car and they were very prompt and flexible with the process. They helped me save over 7000 dollars! I was very pleased with the customer service I received from ****************. I am a single, elderly woman. I have never purchased an extended warranty before. I was very nervous about doing it. ** made the process so easy. They were very patient and answered all of my questions.
