We are a Recovery Kentucky men’s drug and alcohol abuse facility modeled after Louisville’s Healing Place. Our program usually takes between 6 and 9 months to complete. The peer-driven community model is the greatest contribution to our client’s success. Our goal is to simultaneously reduce the state’s drug problem and reduce homeless issues. Saved my life. It's not just about recovery it teaches you how to live.
This place changed my life. I was effectively homeless, addicted to drugs and alcohol, and without hope. The courts sent me to ORR where they taught me how to live. I had trouble, but the brotherhood there loved me to life and I have friendships as a result that will last all our lives.
I can tell u now I hated Orr at first when I went there but a few months in I could tell something was different I had started to see how I was and how my actions was then and how they are now ORR saved my life for sure think god for my new life
Can not begin to say enough good things about the place that took such a broken soul as I was and transform me into the man I am today. Thank God for Owensboro regional recovery they helped save my life.
It's hard to even find the words. This place did things I thought were impossible. Owensboro Regional Recovery is a game changer if you have the willingness to let it be. You guys made a man out of a hopeless, selfish and scared 30 year old boy. What this place is providing is something priceless. Thank you ORR. You will always be a part of me.
