Doctor was rude to me as soon as he met me. Basically told me I was wasting his time.
Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Was attentive to my needs. Reasonable wait time.
They helped me I wish I could have stayed there for my COVID but because of my heart had to send me to Madisonville they talk about our hospital well I rather have had the caring nurses The ER was way behind a only thing I wish could be fixed but the doctors wanted to make sure they didn't miss anything very caring and the nurse even as busy as they were took time to explain what was gonna happen Thank you all and the lady up front that gets all the complaints about how slow they are they handle it very professional
The staff was efficient quick to get test done that told what was wrong with Ray. At a time we were both scared they gave us a settling feeling that told us they cared. Quickly they decided what needed to be done and was doing whatever it took to make Ray better. We had to be transfered to the hospital and there the faculty was already aware of the situation had a room ready and a group of specialist started stopping by with their plan to get Ray back healthy.
