I have never had a painful mamo.. and I told her how painful it was response was sorry but its painful i will never have another if she is the one doing it .. the lady I had before didn't hurt me like that so I know it can be done without this type of pain

After watching several of them and doing two different ones, I can say unequivocally that Owensboro Health HealthPark has some of the finest Body Pump instructors in the country! Jan Young and Dana Armstrong are second to no one in emphasizing good form and presenting upbeat, inspirational workouts. Y’all rock!
