From start to finish Dr. McLean and the staff at St Vincent’s 119 Colonoscopy and Endoscopy Center were amazing. Who wants to get a colonoscopy, right?? NOBODY! Nevertheless, these folks were so kind, attentive and courteous they put you right at ease. As I entered I was registered in an efficient and friendly manner, processed considerately, interviewed fully by all responsible parties, made comfortable for the procedure, professionally sounded out and informed by Dr. McLean unto assuring my trust, and afterwards given appropriate instructions about going home and following up with results. Not one person there gave me any reason to be concerned about the quality of my care. I heartily recommend them for GI care.
Horrible doctor does not test patients
I went to visit this physician today and he did not care what I had to say. He did not listen to a word! He was so extremely rude! I left there in tears. My husband and I both took an entire day off from work and travel an 1.5 hours for him to spend 5 minutes, if that, in the room with me and was so RUDE! He should lose his license. He is not professional in any manner! What a disgrace
Everyone was just so great with kindness and professional. Ashley was so helpful with me in changing my appointment and answering questions.
He was my gastro doctor for many years. The last time I needed his help, within a year from now, he basically ghosted me to the point where he wasn't responding to me, and I really needed help. He basically fired me without actually firing me. The primary theme of the messages I DID receive would say "he's not going to give you and opioids" which I was not asking for. A great experience from all caregivers involved in my procedure. They showed compassion & really helped to relieve the anxiety that is expected with any procedure. I would only recommend not playing a news channel in the waiting room as this does induce extra anxiety. Thanks to all the staff including the registration staff for your excellent care!

I’ve used Dr Miller for probably 30 years !! I have stuck with him and his changing moods !! BUT he was so rude and nasty on my last visit that I will NEVER use him or this practice again !! He was not only nasty to me but he was nasty to my daughter and my 9 year old grandson !! So IF you want to use a RUDE AND NASTY doctor, then I highly recommend Dr Miller !!
