A great experience from all caregivers involved in my procedure. They showed compassion & really helped to relieve the anxiety that is expected with any procedure. I would only recommend not playing a news channel in the waiting room as this does induce extra anxiety. Thanks to all the staff including the registration staff for your excellent care!
He rushed through the appointment and made me feel like I was just a number for the day. I'm not even sure he listened to anything I had to say. I don't feel like he cared about my health. Was more interested in getting to his next destination. I am having the same health issues with no diagnosis. I was given a good bill of health. But clearly something is still wrong. I would not recommend him.
UnfortunateIy, I need to add an addendum to my review of 4/6/2021: Dr. McLean finally called me back about a half hour after my previous review was submitted. We discussed my problems with the medication he prescribed and he wanted to schedule more x-rays. I was told at 12-something yesterday afternoon that someone would be calling me shortly to set up that appointment. It is 4:31 the following day and I have yet to hear back from his office. Dr McLean is kind and courteous. He listens to my concerns and takes time to answer all of my questions. He never makes me feel rushed
