When we need help/direction... need to talk to someone for help to navigate the VA system.... no one answers the phone! Not primary care team, not Care in the Community team, not even the main number for VA listed on this page is answered! All just ring, have busy signal, or go to a voice mail (not that you will be called back). The very rare case someone finally answers they just reroute me because they don't handle that. er doctor all some of the worse I have run it . went for pain the throatand the doctor came back in the room with some story she made up. and never looked at me never examined me or nothing. and sent me home.
some of the rudest ppl in any health care facility I've ever seen and good luck on getting ppl to answer the phone cause it ain't happening and good luck on getting certain depts to do they job "orthopedic clinic" can't even get em to fax paperwork to my husband's insurance that he carries he's been waiting since last week and it still isn't done the surgeon should have filled out her part of the paperwork and gave it back to him to send in instead of keeping it and not faxing it like she said she would

Every emergency room visit I’ve had has been terrible. It took the entire nursing staff 2 hours to figure out I was in a room. No they were not busy. Then 2 nurses proceeded to argue about who was taking me and who wasn’t. Very unprofessional bunch at this hospital. This has happened multiple times. All the staff sit around on their phones doing absolutely NOTHING.
There is a respiratory therapist that works there that thinks saying BLM is discriminatory towards white and he thinks he has never been given anything because he is white. His name is Karl Fortenberry. I really hope he does not deal with any black veterans. I would be ashamed to know my family member was treated by him.
They sent a war vet home in liver failure! He almost died until we took him to another hospital! BS!
Waited 3 months for an appointment for a new CPAP machine only to show up and get told we don't have Information we need. Reschedule for the Fall..Sorry
