My husband has benefited greatly from services rendered at this hospital.. We have no complaints just kudo's.
Trying to contact this location by phone is ridiculous. 25 minute wait for someone to answer, only to be told hold on. Got transferred to another office. It rang three times and then dead air. Additional 3 minutes on hold before I had to hang up and try again. Every time I call them. 30 minutes for a person or I have to keep trying. They need new operators on their phones.
I left the emergency room just a couple hours ago. The doctor told me I was fine and the issue would correct itself at home. Before doing any labs, test, or a physical exam he came up with a diagnosis and said everything was normal.
This is so wrong it's inhumane! I've been trying to get treatment since Oct. 4th. It's now the 24th. My hardware is loose in my shoulder and these sub humans don't/won't get me an appointment nor give me any relief until an appointment. I was even turned away from the ER.
