I called them out for a repair and they came out and they looked around for 3 hours said they fixed it I checked the garage and what I told them that was wrong was never fixed they charged me 385 dollars and they sent someone else out and they told me I need everything replaced which I just replaced the motor about 6 months ago and they said to pay another 351. Do not call them for any kind of service! Horrible customer service

With your permission, he made repairs to your door replacing the rollers and the bottom weather seal along with adjusting the door itself. The repairman did come same day I called which was nice but all he did was pop my dent out and tell me it would be about 600 to full repair. I then paid him for the visit about 150 and he gave me a receipt showing I paid. I then started getting calls about 2 weeks later saying I never paid. I sent the receipt in several times. They then started to threaten putting a lean on my home. I ended up paying a second time to finally just get them to leave me alone. I went with a different repair man who installed a while new garage ... read more

Max called at 11:40 a.m. and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes. The ticket shows his arrival time was 11:58 a.m. We discussed what was wrong and he went to work. He said it might be 30 minutes. He changed a broken spring, put up the new cables that I had already purchased and assured everything about the door was in proper working order. All of this for $169:00 and my receipt shows that he was done and leaving at 12:30. Excellent. Will definitely recommend to others.
