Aaron N. Arrived the same day I called, my garage door would not open and was to heavy for me to open manually. With in minutes of Aaron's visual inspection he showed me where the spring was broken, my options were discussed and Aaron put up two new springs. This is the second time I have used OHDSpringfield. Excellent Company and Quality work every time.
I like Overhead door because they know more about overhead doors than any other garage door company out there . They are very professional and saficiamt . The field expert I had was Chris E. He was not only very professional but very friendly as well and someone you can trust and he explained everything I needed to know about my new garage door opener system . I would recommend him anytime and your company . I have no complaints .
Chris Means installed our doors on August 19, and they are beautiful! We were impressed by how fast they were installed and very pleased with getting a touchpad for the outside too. Thank you!
Just had a new garage door installed by Chris Means today. He did a very professional job and cleaned up nicely. He took the time to show me some underlying damage to the door facing and discussed with me how it could be repaired. I greatly appreciated this, instead of just covering over it to finish his job.
