Easy to schedule a convenient time frame online. My tech Jason and his assistant were polite, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem I was having... the door was bowing in as it went down, thus causing a jerk and loud noise. Within 30 minutes a new strut was put on and the problem was solved.

Great Job by technician Glen! My old opener broke yesterday and today at noon I have a brand new Odessey 1200 Belt Drive unit installed that is super smooth and very quiet. This company and Glen the technician have renewed my belief that there is still a shred of "customer service" out there. I would not hesitate to hire them again! 5 Stars!!!
Our service tech, Jason, was here within an hour of our call for service. He was polite, friendly, and professional. He replaced two springs and made sure our garage door was working properly—all in about 30 minutes time.
