Don and Logan came out to reset the door openers that had defaulted due to a power surge. They quickly reset the motors and helped to re-program the remotes and vehicles along with door servicing. They were professional, polite and competent. Did a great job and went above and beyond to work with the customer. Outstanding customer service.
Don and Logan were fantastic! They installed our new garage door opener, made sure everything was explained to us, helped with the remote. The best customer service we have ever had from any company!! Highly recommend!
Scam Alert: This company tries to run up extra fees and costs andis very inept. Here's what happened to me: 9/2/2025 technician came to my house and ordered what I demanded be the entire tension system since the wrong one was installed. I paid $467 and supposedly got a military discount. 9/5/2025 technician Chris? Returned with only a tension bar. I repeatedly told him it needed the whole system. The bar didn't work. He asked me for $250 for the entire tension system. I told him to forget it. He kept working point... read more
Communications were great, they called to let me know when they were close. Everything was explained to me. They made sure I understood how to program keypad for both doors. Very enjoyable experience. Thank you Logan and Don?
