So I call and ask about a new panic bar door handle. They say sure come on down and tell me the hours. Unfortunately I have a busy schedule so I don’t get here for another week. I walk in to a quiet showroom and nobody around but I’m greeted by a gentleman. I tell him what I’m here for and he smiles and says oh boy I don’t know what to tell you he’s not here. You could try back another day. Sure I don’t have anything else to do I’ll just drive a half hour outta my way everyday until someone can help me.
I called them about having an overhead door installed at our business Lifestyle Support Services at our office building. This place is a three ring circus. It took me weeks just to get an estimate from them. Their customer service is terrible. I have called multiple times about a door they’re supposed to be installing on our Ebensburg Office building. Jay was so wonderful to us this afternoon! We called at 3:00 PM to say we broke our garage door and even though it was very late in the day, he was kind enough to come out. Because of that visit, we will recommend everyone to OD of Jtown! He was so kind and did not make us feel like a burden at the end of the work day! Thank you Jay!!
