A very good experience all around. The first repairman was professional and fast. I called for a second visit for something that turned out to be MY error. The second repairman was kind enough not to make me feel stupid. He said it was his pleasure as well as company policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

I dont even remember if the guy even told me his name. Rude service. You dont come to my home after you were called and asked how much quotes were for a repair and you said no charge to look at it. Then the guy gets out here and attempts to charge me $150 dollars for a easy fix. He said i thought this was a quote for a new door. It's only free because i thought you were getting a new door. Overhead Door got our inoperable door fixed the next morning. Steve quickly analyzed and addressed the issue. He even rescheduled the appointment to earlier in day because of a conflict we had with a doctor appointment.
