Rusty R was so helpful and knew exactly what was needed in order for my door to be fixed. He was very polite and even explained to me what he was doing. I would recommend him for all your jobs! The ladies that I talked with on the phone for appointments etc were very kind and helpful as well.
Technician fixed our problem with the Safe-T-sensors quickly and adjusted the torsional spring. He determined quickly the wires to the door sensors were damaged. After replacing the wiring, the door opener worked perfectly!
We had issues with the appointment setters messing up the appointments but the installers Caleb and Michael were accommodating and worked hard. Caleb installed and fixed the entire garage setup in about 20 minutes! I highly recommend these hard working men.
