The spring on our garage door broke, and we could not get it open. Lori at Overhead Door worked us in quickly (within 2 hours of my call). Tony came out and replaced the springs. Great customer service by both Tony and Lori!!
Had emergency today Easter weekend and leaving tomorrow as Masters begins. Garage door wouldn’t open and couldn’t get cars out. Tony came within an hour and fixed our problem. He was very cordial and fixed our problem. We have been using Overhead Door for years and will continue to use them. Great company and Tony is great!
RecommendedMy garage door was installed recklessly by the previous homeowner. When the door all but ripped off the wall, I thought I had a huge, expensive job on my hands. OHD Augusta was not only available right away, but friendly and professional. When the technician, Tony, arrived, he was friendly and reassured me right away that we could get it fixed up. Justin just completed a repair on broken wiring on the lift track, installed new handles on two doors, and fixed a couple other things that he happened to notice. He was prompt, quick at finishing the repair and had a GREAT attitude while he was working. He also gave excellent advice on a couple other issues. I definitely recommend him and will ask for him in the future. Super job!
