RecommendedI had a problem with my garage door when it came off track. Tony from ODCA came and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. He was interesting to talk to as he was fixing the door. I highly recommend ODCA.

Garage door wouldn't go up or down. Called them and someone came out the same day. Mr. Tony did an awesome job and my garage works better now then before. I definitely recommend OHD of Augusta!!!!
Steve came on Monday to inspect the garage door which had a small crack on the top middle. He was very professional told us exactly what would be done to repair the door. Tony came out on Wednesday and repaired the door within an hour. He also advised us to make sure we do yearly maintenance on the door. He made it plain when he said Money Stops at The Door! Basically make sure you keep up with maintenance! He was very professional and friendly! We will definitely call him for our maintenance needs! Thank you Overhead Door!
Highly recommend Overhead Door Company of Augusta! Tony came out to my house today and replaced a broken torsion spring as well as both of the cables that snapped when the garage door came crashing down yesterday afternoon. He was very professional and I enjoyed talking with him while he completed the repairs. I wish more repairmen/technicians had the customer service and attitude he had today. I can’t compliment him enough!

I'm going to tell you right now, you've got a contract with a local government entity and you have done nothing BUT shown TERRIBLE customer service! I get that it's a government contract and you feel that you can put them on the back burner because you are guaranteed money no matter what but the way you have shown your service is BLATANTLY ASININE. Sir, please let us know which “government entity” you are speaking of. We only have a contract with one that I know of, Augusta Fire Department. We speak with the Captain almost everyday and have no problem. Please explain.
Can't say enough good things about Tony of Overhead Door of Augusta! He is definitely the most knowledgeable, honest, kind, considerate person we have encountered. If we have another problem with our garage door or need another unit, we will definitely be calling and requesting Tony again!
