I greatly appreciate the thorough and honest service by Tony. I made the mistake of calling one of your local competitors first, and they were late and then tried to gouge me for unneeded items. I won’t make that mistake again. Overhead Door of Augusta should be your first choice!
Tony was GREAT! I'd give him 6 stars if I could! He was professional, courteous, efficient, intelligent and even witty! Our 20+ year old Overhead garage door is almost like new again...and for a very reasonable price! :-)
The springs on my garage door broke and needed replacing. Tony arrived and did a great job fixing the issue. He replaced the springs, adjusted the chain tension, oiled all of the rollers and hinges and adjusted the open/close stops. Excellent job and highly recommended!
We called them after our springs broke because they installed the door in our 6year old home. They said they would call us the next day to let us know when they would arrive. We never heard back!

The spring on our garage door broke, and we could not get it open. Lori at Overhead Door worked us in quickly (within 2 hours of my call). Tony came out and replaced the springs. Great customer service by both Tony and Lori!!
