I have used Overhead doors in the past with no issues until now. We ordered a new garage and a front door on Aug of 2020. The main door was installed in a few months ago, but the garage door is nowhere to be seen. The original install for the garage door was supposed to be middle of Dec. Then it was changed to the last week of December. I had to push it out a week because of the Holidays, so we set up Jan 7th for the install. I called for service on February 1st for replacement of our weather seal on our large roll up door in our warehouse. I was told to purchase steel wool and they would be out the following week to replace. Their technicians were very nice. After two weeks with no call for scheduling I had to make several calls to them starting February 20th and I was told the ticket had been closed because the job was completed. It was not completed. Gary N***, the service tech from Overhead Door of Northeast Georgia who came to my home, did an outstanding job. He was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and professional, and got the job done quickly and correctly. I always dread having to reprogram my opener (it's so confusing), but Gary took care of it seemingly effortlessly. Highly recommend!

I have using the services of Overhead Door Company of Atlanta for many years. I have my door serviced annually, they replaced my broken door with the best insulated door and recently they upgraded my system once again. They are simply the best company to deal with, from the receptionist, to the managers to their technicians. I just moved into a new home and needed help with the new garage door opener. The technician, Jervis (Jae) *** was awesome! This young man was polite, respectful, thorough, knowledgeable, and thoroughly delightful! I was very impressed with the service I received. I am a new customer. I got an appointment right away. Paul did not have the springs I needed on the truck with him, but he got them and was out here the next morning to install them. I'm going to need a new garage door opener in a couple of years (or sooner!); I will be calling Overhead Door.

My technician was James. He called 30 minutes before arrival to establish his arrival time. I showed him to the door and he immediately went to work both diagnosing and repairing the problem. He was quick and efficient. He was professional and personable in his demeanor. The repair was completed quickly. I would request James as my technician, if that's possible, the next time I need to call for garage door repair. Shout out to the lady who took my call to assist in getting same day service.
