Great Hotel Excellent Customer Service. great breakfast. clean hotel. Secured Location.
Clean rooms that have just been redone. Hotel is very clean and neat and just outside of the real touristy district of Niagara Falls, New York.
We enjoyed our stay, the hotel has been recently renovated and the beds were so comfortable it was a great sleep. The staff are very friendly and excellent to deal. We will stay at this hotel every time if the service is like this every time. The breakfast was great, more than we expected. thank you Econo Lodge.
Close to the Falls but away from the hustle and bustle. We loved our whirlpool room and the night clerk was wonderful! Plus a personal Keurig in room was a huge bonus for us.
The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The food was good. Also they have free shuttle to the Falls :)
In a very traveled area, it was nice to find a decent, fairly priced place to stay.

Just spent a night in Room 226. Checked in/out without any issues. My room was clean, but very basic (which is okay). After reading reviews of all the hotels, I wasn't sure I wanted to stay in ANY hotel at the Falls. Got this room for free via their rewards program. The room was clean, no unusual odors, carpet and bedding in good condition. I imagine any hotel can have bad rooms but we were very pleased with ours (family of 4).
