We have brought 3 cars at Outten. One was used, and the other 2 were new. Very happy with the Service Department. The last two cars were the new cars and the sales department were very knowledgeable on that make of car.

HARRASSMENT I am trying to get a refund on a service contract. Stefan refuses to send me the paperwork. This is a direct quote from a letter he sent me through the better business bureau. "The contract is not cancelled.
