What a great experience from start to end. Was able to drive off the lot with a truck I love!!! Our salesman Mike and Finance Manager Rich were fantastic. If you’re in the market for a Chevy come see these guys they will treat you right. This is our second purchase from this group and can’t say enough about them!!!
This is my favorite dealer, and one stop for all my car needs. I’ve never had a problem here, I guess that’s why I always keep coming back.
Stopped by after shopping at other dealerships in the area. Told them about other offers presented to me. They found me a better truck for thousands less. Highly recommend Outten Chevrolet. Stop in and see Al.
I have been badly hit due to poor responsiveness of Outten... I exchanged my car under lease pull ahead program. Outten did not pay my outstanding lease to Chevrolet and Chevrolet has put derogatory remark on my credit. Their sales people and manager keep on changing consistently and do not respond to emails or take actions as promised on phone calls.
Just left outten Chevrolet , don't even know where to start but have been to so many dealers the past week and my experience was so bad until I walked into outten on 17th st . The minute I walked in I felt like I was home . Al youwakin and Jason Williams attended me with open arms I had explain everything with me totaling my car and the struggles I have been though and the first thing jason said was your in good hands . I came to the dealership with an offer I had already been given by a competitor. As soon as I gave Outten the offer I had previously been given, they made it clear it would not be a problem to beat it. The offer they came back with was better than I had hoped for and i immediately accepted, it was THOUSANDS less. On top of the amazing price, the staff was friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
