Very poor customer service.....Hope that you don't have any problems that require communicating with anyone at Outten. The staff lacks the necessary communication skills to provide even good customer service. They don't answer their phones or return calls. At one point when a salesman inadvertently answered his phone, he pretended to not be there. Emails aren't properly replied to or go unanswered. I won't be going back.
Had a great experience with purchasing my Malibu. Ryan was able to answer any questions that I had and would get back to me right away. Would definitely be a repeat customer.

Ryan and Jason were great ! My second time getting a car from here they are trustworthy and really help to make the customer happy. I recommend going here if they theres a way to make it happen they'll find it.
