My experience was amazing! I was able to get a SUV that I wanted. Al is the man and all his bosses! Really nice people! I definitely recommend Al and heading over there to check it out! Was just at Outten Chevrolet and let me tell you how wonderful they were to me today! my wife called me very concerned because the oil gauge pressure was on and she was unsure what to do. So I called my local Outten Chevy dealership and they got me in right away and checked it out for us and topped it off with oil and found there was no issue it just was low on oil. mike the service manager very on point whatever u need for your vehicle from fixing to courtesy car and more hes the guy to see....did a great job on my 2016 chevy malibu....I recommended anyone who needs a new or used car come to outten Chevy on tilghman st....ask for lamar and if need service ask for mike the service manager......
Mike Andrews is AMAZING! You have a problem, he’s the man! My Dad had some issues with his vehicle and Mike took care of it all. He took care of it!! Totally pleased. Totally happy.
