Brian and the shop took 4+ hours to set up 3 bikes for testing to my measurements. Took Domane5.2, Madone5.2 and EmondaSL6 out for testrides. No pressure, just helpful insight, and making sure my riding needs were met. (managed to set some PR's on the testrides around the Owens Field loop too!) Looking forward to another 4 years of Outstanding Outspokin service from the mechanic team. 2nd full bike purchase from this shop.
