I can’t say enough good things about the team here. This is my 4th visit for maintenance on my bike I purchased outside of the store prior to moving here and it has always been a fantastic experience working with the team getting me back on the road. Keep in mind I drive a hour just to get here. Thanks again for everything.
They have excellent service and friendly staff. They replaced my tubes and brakes while I waited, only took ten minutes! Only place I take my bike.
Chris and Chuck assisted me with a wheel hub repair without having an appointment today. They repaired it while I waited and I was on my way within minutes. Great customer service with a minimal repair charge. I will recommend Outspoken to all my friends! Thanks guys!
Just picked up my first bike in over 10 years and the whole process was wonderful. I knew what I wanted and the staff steered me to the right bike, helmet, and lock. I didn’t get the two technician’s names that helped me but both were incredible. One stuck with me while I picked out my bike and patiently answered all my questions. Then when I picked the bike today another technician was again so patient and made sure I was good to ride. Thank you!!
These guys are top notch. Helped me restore my old bike at a very reasonable/fair price.
